During the past November we were fishing in two big  Billfish competitions at Sodwana Bay and “Mrs Seevarkie” release nine marlin during the two weeks and “Seevarkie” release five billfish during the two weeks of which all of them were different species, black marlin, blue marlin, striped marlin, sailfish and shortbill spearfish.  The Billfish 15 000 competition was a world record catches from a surf launch venue with 136 billfish hooked, five different species of which only 6 fish were brought to the scale and 130 release.  It was an excellent competition.

The other good news it that Mrs Seevarkie bought a new boat to replace the old Swift 575.  This is now a 226 Kingcat which can accommodate six anglers comfortably.  We are looking forward to take her to sea and hopefully she will be as lucky as the old one.
